well as i've mention in my previous post that i am gonna take part in this year kl marathon.. so, since last 2 weeks I've start my training.. for now, just gonna start with 10km run 2days a week and one day for fitness exercise.... what i'm gonna concentrate is my breathing and my heart rate... once i can manage my breathing, for sure i'll reach my target heart rate.... i should reach heart rate between 139-170... for now, my rate is between 150-178.... errr... need to decrease it.... hahhaahahha..... lets see for 1 month performance, then i'll increase my training...... :D
yes, 11111 is our great number for this great year... it has been 1 year, 11 months, 1 week and 1 day... for sure we can't get this great combo's of number 1 again.. so it is very special for us today.... gadis chomeyl, i love you so much... its been an honour being with you all this moment......
i've always be like this... seeing friends getting themselves in a really good shape really make me jealous n make me wanna be like them.. but the spirit just came for a while and then go.. so plz someone tell me how to keep myself disciplines.....??? really need this....
its almost been a month i've stay in Shah Alam. not my family moving here but i'm having my practical here by..actually, my practical is at teluk paglima garang and i stay at shah alam. ok, im not gonna talk about my practical or where i stay. shah alam n klang is just beside each other. futhermore, place i stay in shah alam is just 20min drive to klang. everyday i went to work, i will pass-by klang.. but not the klang that i wanna go.. everyday i wish day i could go there by myself and of course pick her up.. my place and her place just 20min drive and if i have the ability, i would like to go there... we live very near to each other but it feels like we like at from north to south.... for almost 1 month i stayed here, just last week we met.... im so bored without her....
