first hill run for the year

today, i and my friend faizal has completed our first hill run of the year at presint diplomatic.. we have go thru 4 long hills i would say and it the shortest distance i guess among the roads.. we manage to run for 52mins for 10km plus minus...

total distance for now 15km :D

shoe hunt 2nd edition

today i went to mines shopping center to search my new running shoe. i found out that nike lunarglide and lunarfly was very attractive to me and its look very comfy.. i read a review form running world magazine that they says both these two designs is really holding out feet... as the green and orange part in the shoes were made for our feet.. of course it is also water proof as told by the salemen.. plus, its sale.. lunar glide which is RM409 you would get it for RM329( if im not mistaken).. i really would like to try out these two shoes but unfortunately, they have run out of stock for my size.. i was really disapointed... but, sooner i would like to search for more n try it out... sorry if you could not find any valueble info..

running shoe hunt

Today, me n my gadis chomeyl went to Pavilion KL.. While we were there, we went to ASICS store since i'm searching for my new running shoe as my present shoe has already come to its end.. so, in the store the promoter has show me 4 design of ASICS running shoe with the design that suit my feet type which is neutral.. 

The first shoe wasn't able to try since they are already out of stock for my size ....  

The second shoe was quite comfortable, the cushioning was good, has support for my leg, the surface was stable..  

The third shoe, ASICS GEL kayano 18, was superb nice as it is also nice to know the price.. the cushioning was really great which i could say better than the 2nd one..

The forth shoe was ASICS GEL KINETIC 3(if im not mistaken).. this was the most comfortable shoe that i've ever wear... the cushioning was great, the wear was perfect and as well with the price.. it cost almost RM9++... unfortunately, this shoe could only be used for sprint and short distance run and not suitable for marathon... 

So lastly, i think that i might buy ASICS for my next running shoe.. weather the red one( RM4++) or the green one (reasonable price within my budget RM2++).. money... i need you now.... and if i have EXTRA MONEY, i'll buy ASICS GEL KAYANO 18...hahahahahahaah...

first run for 2012

On now onward, i'll official made my blog a running blog or should i say runninglog.. although it is my runninglog, i'll still posting other matters related to me as well.. hee.. but, seriously, ill update all my run including training and events. this year, i've aim to go for sundown marathon in Singapore with my partner Zaki Zainuri and Mohd Fahmi. with this runninglog also, i will updating and calculate distance that i've covered and also timing for each run.. hope that this will improve me much n become a great runner.. so, as for today which is my first run...
