this week, is my training week since i've stop training for 3 months for reasons of pack of assignments and projects.... so, for yesterday my training goes very well as i go for 5km rum and 5km cycling for a start.. ofcourse i manage to finished up my route but i can't manage to finished on tym... so, as for today, i thought i could do much better than yesterday but it turn out that this evening, Bentong has visitor... hujan datang.... so sad.... my training was cancel out or today... how sad am i... hahaha.. lol... so, for tomorrow let us pray that sun will shine in the eve and i can continued my training...

btw, running is good for our helth.. lets us start a brand new life with running.. :D

its been a while that i didn't put any entry to my blog.... its because that i'm a bit busy with my rowing training... for the whole 3months, i think just for a month that i stay at home relaxing but still not enough for me... hahahhaa...

not i'm back to my study life... and i'm staying at amanah which is much easier for me to go to classes.. but i 've trouble to go here and there... just wishing the best for me, my parent, my brothers, and my loves one...

okay, that all for rite now.... didn't have any mood to posting anything....

rumah..... sume org ade rumah... tp ade gak org yg xde rumah kan.... pity for them... tp aku nk cakap arini is pasal aktiviti aku di rumah.... yeah..... aktiviti aku di rumah aku rasa sama je ngan aktiviti-aktiviti pelajar universiti yang lain..bgn tido, mkn, tgk tv, men fesbuk, men gem, jalan2, lalallalala.....yg plg aku xsuke is bile dok umah cnfm2 berat badan aku nek.... aaaaaaaaaaaaaa..... diet pn diet gak tp mst ade satu hari nnt dia secara automatic dia cover balik diet2 tu.... hahaahhaaha........so whats the solution for all this...?? adusssssssssss.....
