my next run SCKLM 2011

as i've mention in my facebook, my last event was energizer night race held at sepang international circuit.. at first, i thought this is a big hit for the event but at last it turn out really bad....the organizer like didn't have enough workers and all seem a big failure to energizer.... my performance in that race was really upset..... can u imagine that in the middle of the race, like in the 7th km, i had stomachache.. that feel like i can't wait any longer... so, every person in-charge in the route i ask them is there any toilet nearby... unfortunately, there is isn't one.. i keep walking until i completed my race... my timing was 1 hour 15minutes... i could finish it less than 55min, but what can i do... my stomach doesn't let me... so, for my next run, i'll be running in the city of KUALA LUMPUR for STANDARD CHARTED KL MARATHON 2011 (SCKLM2011).. this time, i join the half marathon which is 21km... ok.. thats a bit too much.. but just wanna have an experience in this... hahha... so here i attach SCKLM2011 poster and also my route for this event....

this week, is my training week since i've stop training for 3 months for reasons of pack of assignments and projects.... so, for yesterday my training goes very well as i go for 5km rum and 5km cycling for a start.. ofcourse i manage to finished up my route but i can't manage to finished on tym... so, as for today, i thought i could do much better than yesterday but it turn out that this evening, Bentong has visitor... hujan datang.... so sad.... my training was cancel out or today... how sad am i... hahaha.. lol... so, for tomorrow let us pray that sun will shine in the eve and i can continued my training...

btw, running is good for our helth.. lets us start a brand new life with running.. :D

boring.....

today first day my gadis chomeyl starts working(practical actually). since morning i've been left alone at home.. early morning she left me... what i want to share is, now i felt that if she not here, damn... my life would be damn bored... until she came back home 5.30, she save my life... i thought that im gonna drown in this boring day... everything i try to do like watch glee, facebooking, tumblring, watch cartoons but all that doesn't cheer me up.. so, for this 1 week, my life will be damn boring but myb starting next week, this problem might being solve because next week im going to start my practical... hoping this will cheer up tommorow... hheeheh....

sucks

sorry peeps for the bad usage of word up there.. my emotion right bow is a bit mix up with jumble of lots of thing.. well a usual, it the end of sem, with final going around.. my final almost meets it end but yet still have 1 more paper to go and its prob stat which known as random process.. actually its not that sucks on the final week but when things that not related to the subjects start to join force with all the problem given by the question, that's the point where it feel sucks.... for me, its normal thing for things like this to happen at his time... well, just need to bear with it just for few more sem or should i say just 2 more sems... what i learn from this time, when the situation is already tough, don't make it tougher because thing will get worse...

fyi, im a very simple person... i don't cross ur border n u plz don't cross mine, ok... simple as that....let me do what ever i want, n u do what ever u want... if u find im doing sumthing, just shuhh.... and keep to urself... if i know that, someone been talking behind my back.. plz, come to me n said it out loud... do we have problem? no, rite... than, astalavista......

assignment

next week is my final xm... so this week should be my study week la kan... but, for us in uniten, there is no terms for study week.. because fes, we don't have study week and its up to the lecture either want to give us early break or not, second, normally our last week before final xm is our due date to submit all our project, assignment, and presentation. so, now im currently doing my assignment, and yet i still have 2 more assignment to be done n to be submit by this friday... just pray that i can co-op with the time.... and plz time, be more slower... plz pity us.....

seriuosly, i regrat that i said to myself n to gadis chomeyl that i want to quit rowing... the truth is, i haven't enough yet row... now, im looking forward to row again.... i wanna row...
