well as i've mention in my previous post that i am gonna take part in this year kl marathon.. so, since last 2 weeks I've start my training.. for now, just gonna start with 10km run 2days a week and one day for fitness exercise.... what i'm gonna concentrate is my breathing and my heart rate... once i can manage my breathing, for sure i'll reach my target heart rate.... i should reach heart rate between 139-170... for now, my rate is between 150-178.... errr... need to decrease it.... hahhaahahha..... lets see for 1 month performance, then i'll increase my training...... :D
